Dwyer DesignScapes, located in Louisville, KY, is currently seeking a Landscape Account Manager with a minimum of four years experience with Residential Landscape Maintenance, Account Management and Crew Management. We are a full-service landscape company specializing in design, installation, and maintenance of some of the most notable Landscapes, Hardscapes, and Outdoor Living Spaces in the Louisville area.

Candidate must be self-motivated, team-oriented, eager to work in a fast-paced collaborative setting and possess the ability to multi-task and meet client expectations. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Landscape Maintenance and Account Management
• Experience in scheduling and crew management
• Plant Knowledge and Identification
• Project Management, Time Management, & Leadership Skills are a plus
• Must be honest, dependable, trustworthy, and detail oriented
• Must be comfortable meeting directly with clients for site walkthroughs
• Must be able to evaluate client concerns and develop solutions
• Must have effective communication and listening skills
• Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft a plus
• Understanding of Irrigation and Landscape Lighting a plus
• Driver's License (Required)
