$25-$30 per hour + Best benefits in the industry
$45-60,000+ per year 40-45/hrs a week
SCHEDULE
7:15AM-5:45PM Mon-Thurs; 7:10am- 12:00PM on Fridays during high season
8-4:30/5 low season (Jan-Feb) except snow
40-45 hour work week

THE WORK:
- Build high quality, creative projects
- All daily job duties including high quality hardscape installation, general care (paver and natural stone patios, boulders; concrete segmental, drystone and masonry walls; water features, fire features, grading, etc!)
- Can layout, install from plans and set grades independently
- Develop project plan, logistics, goals
- Leadership and management:
- Maintain, clean trucks & equipment, and work site
- Manage tools
- Can oversee load & unload of trucks
- Ensures all equipment & materials are loaded
- Job reporting, clock in and out
- Coordinate with subcontractors
- Inspect job sites thoroughly
- Manage and motivate crew (clock ins/outs, discipline, training, efficiency, productivity, safety, etc.), job site, materials
- Trains & leads other team members
- Active role in company decisions
- Evaluations for crew members with supervisor
- On the job:
- Can stage materials and organize job site
- Knows proper prep and bases for properly installed projects
- Installs pavers, stone, walls, steps, boulders, stepper, curbing to industry standards
- Can set grades and understands grades, topography
- Aids crew in productivity & efficiency, works alongside crew
SKILLS & ABILITIES:

- Ability to operate small and heavy machinery in all conditions (mini excavator, skid steer, dingo, transit)
- Knows proper installation techniques
- Ability to drive a standard shift
- Thorough construction knowledge
- Can accept direction and improvement areas
- Deep understanding of Inside Out processes
- Can read, understand and implement plans
- Effectively uses company systems, Dropbox, SynkedUp
- Understand mechanics
- Interacts with English-speaking clients
- Can be left on site without foreman
- Solves problems
- Can complete job with little oversight from others
- Ability to work unsupervised

- No weekends, EVER.
- A balanced work-life schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:15AM-5:45PM, Friday 7:10AM-12:00PM weather dependent 40-45 hours
